People struggle to achieve optimal health
People struggle to nourish their bodies with the right choices of food to fuel their bodies

People feel stuck and broken
People stay in relationships, and bonds knowing it is not meant
It took me years to understand why I did this in the past, and why many others are still doing it. Well, the answer to ALL of the above has everything to do with how much we love and respect ourselves. Self-love is not something we have, it’s something we do every single day. Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological, and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.
One of the most powerful and healing forms of self-love is to create the time in space to listen to and acknowledge the deeper parts of yourself that you constantly push down. The part of yourself you are “too busy” for. The part of yourself that you are suppressing, and unaware of. We all have unmet needs and desires because we’re so good at ignoring and suppressing them. We are self-abandoning us!
Here is a phrase that transformed me.

Our body is a miracle, and it is the temple of God. The higher your frequency, the better your health. When you elevate your frequency and become grateful, you can increase your joy level. In this state, your body can heal itself, tap into your intuition and inner guidance, and the entire universe will respond to you.
This is how I was able to achieve health. I got tired of not being able to achieve ultimate health, despite nourishing myself with the right food, movements, and habits. The moment I started to disconnect from those that do not serve me and connect with my inner self, spirit, and my body, true healing happened.
I got tired of watching people lose weight and then gain it all back, I got tired of watching people fail, getting frustrated, and losing health. So I started teaching people how to love yourself, heal your body and lose weight.
