Ingredients
1cup baby spinach
1cup lettuce
1/2 sweet corn
1/2 red beans
1/2 avocado
4 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
Cilantro
Dressing
1 lime juice
2 teaspoon olive oil
Pepper & salt
1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
Chicken marinate
150g chicken breast
Salt & pepper
Chilli powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
Marinate the chicken and grill in an oven or non-stick pan in low heat. Cut and clean all above ingredients and mix them and toss it with dressing.
P.S: Vegetarians alternate chicken with soft tofu, lightly fried tofu, and roasted sweet potato
