When you focus on your problems, complaints, the negative things in your life you tend to attract more and more of those problems. This is because you are activating a certain part of your brain, which will enable you to focus and attract more of those. This is why you find yourself facing the same issues repeatedly.
Our neural pathways are established connections within the brain that fire according to past programmes and stimulation they receive. Every thought and feelings we have strengthens the pathways that we have developed which in turn dictate what we believe to be true. As a result, we radiate a specific vibrational frequency that is aligned with our beliefs and attract the things that match those beliefs into our lives.
To gain success, it is important to be able to switch mental gears, instead of being the kind of person who operates only in one way. When you do so, you are actually switching the part of your brain that’s active and increasing the odds of success.
Switch your thoughts from problems to your blessings, the things you appreciate and grateful for. There is tremendous power when you teach yourself to focus on your blessings.

You are going to go 24hrs without complaining about anything or think negative thoughts. If you catch yourself doing so, immediately stop yourself and focus on something that you feel lucky about or grateful for. If you complete 24hrs, then try it for a week.
