Ingredients
4-5 cloves of crushed garlic
1-2 teaspoon crushed ginger (depending on how strong you want)
1 lemon
3 tablespoon bee's honey (as per to your requirement)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/2 glass warm water.
Tips: Do not drink on an empty stomach. Take 3-4 times a day
Instructions
Crush garlic, ginger and add all other ingredients. Top it up with warm water and stir well. Drink immediately.
