Healthy Christmas Salad


Ingredients


1 Cup Swiss Chard Chopped 

1 Cup Kale Chopped

 ½ Cup Pomegranate

 ½ Cup Red seedless grapes

 ½ Orange peeled and sliced

 2 Tablespoon dried cranberries

 ½ Red Apple chopped 

2 Tablespoon roasted chopped walnuts 

2 Tablespoon grated Cheddar cheese 

½ Cup Mint leaves chopped



Dressings

1 Tablespoon pure honey 

2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar 

2 Pinches of orange zest Salt & Pepper 

1 pinch of chilli flakes (optional) 



Instructions

 

Wash all the ingredients and chop them accordingly. Stir in the dressing ingredients separately in a bowl. Toss the dressing on the salad and mix them very well. Serve immediately or chill in the chiller for few hours.
