Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry


Ingredients


2 cups of broccoli
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup spring onions
1/2 cup organic chicken breast
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 dried red chilli (optional)
3-4 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
Salt and pepper
 1 tablespoon chilli flakes

 

Instructions

 

Clean and cut all above ingredient. Add oil to pan and when it is warm add ginger, garlic. Have the fire medium, add chicken and spices. Once the chicken is cooked, and turns light brown add in vegetable cover and cook for couple of 3-5 mins, until the veggies are cooked but not losing the crunchiness. 

 

P.S: For vegetarians use tofu, sweet potato
