I have a very busy life - how much of a commitment will this take?
This challenge is made for busy people because I’m one of them! The learning material in this program has been made concise without compromising the amount you’re learning. The zoom calls are no more than 1hour and are all recorded so you can always go and watch replays if you miss them live! As for the commitment for implementing what you learn - if this is something you truly want and you really want to see results you’ll make the time, just like any other goal you have or desire :)

Are the recipes that you provide going to work for me?
The recipes I provide are all gut friendly, hormone supporting recipes. The specific ingredients can be altered if you have specific allergies or sensitivities and you can let me know in the program. However, remember this is not a fixed diet - this is a way of life. We try to implement a sustainable way of eating so this is in no way a diet or a calorie counting program.
